"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. "Staff is fantastic here. Omar at front desk was great EVERYTIME I saw him he was helpful or said hello. 2000 people must come through here a week so I was impressed. It’s an olde hotel but does the job and I was impressed by the machine that handles it from the front desk to the cleaning staff. So are are outgoing and helpful and senate quite and doing there job and I appreciate it all"

"Picked this hotel for a Saturday night post-concert evening stop over. England were playing at Wembley, which mean all our normal choices were ridiculously priced. It was perfectly serviceable for our needs, the pod was clean and very quiet. Bathroom facilities are shared per floor, but these were well kept and never very busy. All food options are vending machines in reception, we just had coffees in the morning, then went elsewhere for breakfast."
