A very clean, convenient from the train station hotel. As my first time stay at this hotel I was pleasantly surprise on how well equipped the rooms were, from a good variety of hot drinks with the kettle to an iron and hair dryer in our room. Staff were friendly and I would recommend staying here.

Check in staff friendly. Room warm and comfortable. Soundproofing was good. Only negative which is minor is how loud doors are when closing automatically as some guests didn’t appreciate it was late at night…. But I would definitely stay here again. Lovely central hotel.

It was my first time staying I really enjoyed it the beds was very comfortable the room was clean and in place bathroom was clean I must say there was a lot of dust behind the tv when trying to plug in my stick to use to the tv but other than that everything was on point

The room ws fine (but cold). bathroom OK. There are no face cloths (aUK thing perhaps). The showerwas hot, but slippery (hand grabs in the wrong place). The diningroom server was excellent. He remembered me from months ago. Suitable menu too. Be aware that North American visitors arriving from overnight flights might be hit with an excessive early arrival charge. That's not freindly. Easy access to East croydon trains to LGW and London.
