"The staff was friendly, helpful and overall excellent. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working and it was not repaired throughout our stay of 6 nights! We were on the fifth floor, so we had to make the tedious climb up and down to our room. The hotel did not even offer to compensate us for this inconvenience. It was only after we asked for a complimentary something that they offered one day free breakfast. The water pressure of the toilet in the room was very low, so flushing did not work well. "

"Amzing clean room, does help that it has just been refurbished. Not sure this level of care and maintenance will apply in a few years time but I guess it's all about the numbers game especially with the big chains of chains."

"On arrival we found a vehicle and a van in the blue badge parking bays neither had a badge. It took a while for them to be moved so we could park. We paid for breakfast but on accessing in the morning we were denied by the most cheeky and arrogant member of staff. I spoke to the duty manager and she apologised and eventually sorted access to breakfast. She dealt with the situation in a calm and professional manner unlike the other staff member who still flung her arms about and continued being abusive.. The proffesional manager was really good and actually reimbursed our payment her name was monica cobaru and a credit to the company. Room was clean and location was good bathroom was really clean and bed was extremely comfortable"

"Great room, only issue we had was a strong smell of sewage coming directly from the toilet itself (this will require looking into; room 204) which kicked in later into the night; we didn’t realise the bathroom door was open and so the smell came into the room which was quite unpleasant. Closing the toilet lid and door did help somewhat, but it was unpleasant when using the bathroom. But otherwise the room itself was incredibly clean and great decor. Shame about the lack of dining options on site. "

"One worst experience staying at this hotel. On two occasions there when're fight broke out by two different people staying within the hotel. Couldn’t get any sleep not good experience and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone "
