"The staff was excellent and the location was convenient to everything. However, the pool was quite small, the rooms were not very clean, and the bathroom layout felt awkward due to the doors. The bed mattress was also uncomfortable to sleep on."

Room was quite large and comfortable for the price point in London. Only issue was we had booked a deluxe double and was initially given an accessible room with one bed.
