"My family and I frequent Cancun. Seadust was just ok, we will not be returning. Not many food options after 4:30 PM, bland food in general and long wait times for most restaurants in the evenings. There’s a mini fridge in each room, but staff is only allowed to stock 2 beers in it per room, per day. The hotel is in clear need of upgrades and maintenance. AC worked fine and the people were very nice. "

"We really love our vacations at the RIU Santa Fe my son join the games at the pool and he love it food was awesome and all the staff super friendly "

"It was the worst vacation experience I’ve ever had. I paid premium prices, and the rooms were ugly. The service was terrible. There was nothing premium about it. The only thing here are swingers who really enjoy themselves and give the resort high ratings. It’s even below zero for me because I don’t care about the other stuff happening. If the resort had been nice, had good service, had good food, and had a lot of activities, it might have been okay. But it wasn’t. "

"I went for a solo getaway and am extremely happy I chose this resort. The property is a good size, very clean, has for pools and the buffet offered lots of food options. Staff walk around the pool and beach asking if you want a drink. They also bus you to the Rui Caribe for parties. I will definitely stay here again."

"All the staff were amazing! Isrreal at the coffee shop was super friendly and always smiling. Our ocean front suite was amazing! My only complaints would be the room did not have bathtub, room service is included but they want 10 dollar delivery fee, and no changing tables in kid pool bathroom. Very family friendly resort. If you want to taste any alcohol you have to ask for a double which we did not figure out until our last day. If you are looking for a 5 star resort I would say this is more of a 4 star due to needing some repairs here and there. The food was decent for an all inclusive and the price was fair. "

"Food is not great compared to other hotels we've stayed at. Late night menu is terrible. No room service. Property seems very old. Elevators stopped working the day we were checking out and had to carry a large suitcase down 6 flights of stairs."
