"This hotel is centrally located, close to just about anything you wanna do in the city. Not to mention that Waymo comes by every five minutes. Hotel was clean, the staff were super friendly, parking was easy but a little on the expensive side. We really felt that we got a lot of bang for the buck. The hotel was affordable and provided everything we were looking for. I would recommend this hotel to our friends and family, and we are planning on coming back and staying again in September."

"This was a very nice hotel with an amazing breakfast buffet and very comfortable bedding. It was convenient to many attractions and safe. The parking fee was steep in my opinion. The downside was we were on the second floor across from the transit bus station, and the noise from the street was very loud in the room. I think a different location within the hotel would have made our stay more enjoyable. I would stay there again."

"This hotel is dated and not worth the price that they charge. Had to have them fix the toilet twice and have them fix the sink because it wasn’t draining. The sink shouldn’t have drainage issues at this price and management should check these things. Wallpaper peeling. I get that it’s a historic hotel but I would stay somewhere else. Old school charm is fine but not at their rates. Time has passed this hotel by."

"Hotel is conveniently located in SFO, but needs a good renovation. Rooms are outdated, lighting is really bad, especially in the bathroom. Bathroom is actually pretty ugly. Rooms are already expensive and parking is 65$ a day. "

"Room very clean. But hotel was in construction the hallway was dirty and my room had a plywood covering a hole in the shower ceiling. Outdated. A lot of construction noise on top of my room. My room was on the second floor. They should information the clients that is in construction before they book the rooms."
