Hotel rooms are clean and quite lovely, gym is quite disappointing, tiny, hot, windowless, surprised and disappointed! My biggest issue was check-in! Kelly was quite arrogant and rude, shocked that this was our first impression..not impressed…after that staff has been wonderful and hotel is quite nice!

The hotel is in a very nice location. Excellent for watching fireworks on New Year’s Eve. Our family came here from north bay for this purpose. We booked a two queen water front room for watching new year’s fireworks. We specifically requested a room with views of the bay bridge (and paid accordingly). However, when we checked in, our room was facing the ferry terminal. The view of the bay bridge was totally blocked. When we asked the front desk, the gentleman told us that the fireworks will be at the ferry terminal, not the bay bridge, which is totally untrue. We ordered in-room dining in order to watch the fireworks from our window. Only find out it’s totally blocked! The hotel has certain European charm and is very clean. The room is quiet. The bed and bedding are comfortable. There are enough charging ports which is quite convenient. The staff at lobby are courteous and helpful. Room amenities were old and need maintenance. The towels were stacked on the under-the-sink shelf. There aren’t towel bars to hang our towels after use. The coffee maker is not working. Maybe that’s why coffee and tea bags in the cabinet were old and rumpled. The basin drains super slow. We checked in as three guests and were provided two sets of towels and robes.

Everything was spectacular. This is the kindest staff I have ever encountered at a 1 Hotel with the best service (and I’ve stayed at every U.S. property. They truly cared about my fiancée and I having a wonderful celebration for our recent engagement and we will be returning for every anniversary. Bravo to the management team!!

Property and room service very clean & professional. Rooms & hotel smelled like a spa all the way through. I didnt like that there wasnt a microwave in the room or common areas, but i get it!!
