Room was very nice, and clean. I loved the location. The only thing they could work on is the rooftop bar. Very friendly service but the cocktails we got were not very good.
Historically charming and perfectly located for my needs, I was pleased with my choice. The quality of the old hotel still shines through in so much of the design and architecture. Staff in both restaurants seemed overworked and testy, but the atmospheres were worth it. My safe didn’t work and the refrigerator was locked - old mini bar - which disappoints when one has leftovers. No lobby bar.
We LOVED this place. The staff was so lovely and welcoming. The breakfast buffet rocked! The location was adjacent to the Old part of town, yet quiet. Very walkable. Our room was really nice and so was the pool. If you are staying in Hoi An, this is a great boutique hotel.
If you’re not used to staying in historic hotels with limited amenities might give this one a pass. It needs a reno badly (2026 review.) The location in Nob Hill was excellent tho.

We love staying at this beautiful historic hotel. Great staff and spotless room. Really enjoyed visiting the Top of the Mark as well. Beautifully decorated for holidays
Room was clean. Staff was courteous. Beautiful view from the room. Thankfully, a very short, relatively flat walk from the show I went to at the Masonic.
