"Small room quiet but friendly staff "

"Basic, no frills hotel, could use a refresh all around. Would consider staying again due to location and price, but would check other options nearby first. Room is noisy and you can feel floor shake when people are walking, I was on top floor but I can imagine bottom floor would be much louder and not good for light sleepers. I slept w earplugs and was fine. Cleanliness and upkeep wasn’t great, but it is a budget stay in an older building, so I wasn’t expecting much. Shower curtain holder was falling off, which is a pain when trying to shower, towel holder was loose too, maintenance just seems to not be maintained. Lobby restroom should definitely be refreshed, it’s a little rough, and breakfast is served right outside the bathroom. The younger woman working the desk at checkout was lovely, very friendly and helpful."

"Overall, great rates, helpful staff and great location. Loved how this hotel was close to many different restaurants and bars. Also a short walk to the marina and Palace of Fine Arts. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean and can’t forget the number one was the free parking. Would definitely book here again!"

"Cleaning staff were fantastic. Hotel was in a great location for access to sites. Only negative was our room was next to the elevator which could be quite noisy, however didn’t bother us enough to request a move."

"Room was clean, convenient parking in the area. It’s a good place to stay if you’re looking to stay for a couple days. Bed was a little uncomfortable seemed like mattress need a replacement. Parking it’s tight to get out but didn’t expect much about it it’s SFO. First night was a little street noise due to hotel being on main Street. Overall, I still recommend the place. "
