I especially appreciated that it’s a small hotel with only a few rooms, located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The area felt safe, walkable, and very pleasant. The only disadvantage is that the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or coffee shop. There is a little smell throughout the property. But in general we enjoyed our stay "
