"The property is in a great location in downtown San Francisco. However it is an older hotel so some the rooms and bathrooms are very small. "

"Excellent hotel in perfect location for tourists exploring the wonders of San Francisco with kids of any age. Spacious and spotlessly clean rooms, very comfortable beds and free coffee in room and lobby (kettle for tea available upon request). Friendly staff. Lack of breakfast facilities in house - but cafes nearby and Trader Joes + eating utensils available. Feedback for management would be to reduce waste with ceramic cups, plates, real curtlery. Individually wrapped disposable items create obscene amounts of avoidable waste. Self-service laundry didn’t work out: arrived 8:45am and all machines occupied, next day tried several times from 8:15-9am and door would not open (advertised hours 9-9)."

"We really love Caza and stay her several times a year because of the spacious, clean rooms, super nice pool area, and especially the proximity to North Beach and the wharf. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, always eager to please too! The one drawback is that even though you’re paying a hefty resort fee, you don’t really get many amenities in the room like a coffee maker or refrigerator, which is typically standard and most hotels these days! The rooms just feel sparse and there is no on-site food or beverage except early morning and early evening. Other than that, it’s the perfect place for us so we may do and bring our own supplies. Overall, it is a really nice place and we will continue to visit."

"Good place to stay for a quick trip. Parking was good, the staff let us stay parked after the checkout time. The location is better than I initially thought. Reasonable distance to Hyde Pier, Lombard St twisty part, the Presidio and more. You can catch the cable car at the top of Lombard too if you want an uphill climb to start your day. Coffee Berry up the street was really good, and there are many unassuming businesses, like a little market, around to support. The room was clean, had some bumps and damage, and there was no soundproofing. But it's a good spot anyway."
