Good buffet breakfast in dining area. Only small faults is hot water pressure in showers and beach in front of resort not ideal for swimming due to shallow water and currents. Otherwise perfect stay!!"

The only thing I’d note was that there were many steps between the lobby, rooms and pools that might be unsuitable for some guests. "Hotel Arsa Santhi was an absolutely lovely place to stay. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. The grounds, including a garden and a pool, were beautiful. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a luxurious large bed. The wifi worked but was not perfect. Breakfast was included and was delicious with generous portions. We were dropped to the fastboat port for free. Overall, an extremely enjoyable stay."

The pool had broken light in the water and exposed wires ! It wasn’t switched on but looked dangerous.
There was no hot water available in the bathroom during our stay.
The outdoor shower area was very dirty and the sliding door did not slide at all. The slide fittings were rusted and needed to be repaired.
The staff were friendly. The mosquito net was full of holes and had dirty stains all over it.
The umbrellas at the pool are completely broken...

If you are in the room with pool access, you can hear everything happening in the pool right in your room even though the doors were closed. They never really close much there’s big gaps so it’s very noisy in in general. Bathrooms need complete upgrade, they were in very bad condition, no soap was given, so I had to go and buy some. If...
