We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are so lovely and helpful Our room was spacious and clean and good value for money. The bathroom is a wet room and rather worn but very clean. There’s not much hot water but that’s common on Nusa Lembongan. Room had aircon and a good fridge with little freezer. Pool was lovely and clean and nice and refreshing. Area around the pool is very nicely manicured and we always found loungers available Breakfast was included. It’s basic but enough - eggs on toast with juice and coffee The accommodation is a short walk to Mushroom Beach where we enjoyed many a swim. Even saw dolphins frolicking in the water! Theres a minimart/restaurant across the road and a spa next door. Also walking distance to many restaurants and shops Would happily stay again. Very good budget option accommodation

They are working on the property untill nighttime. Didn't get breakfast. They had nothing they could give you at all, even no water for the room. TV works only with your personal account for Netflix, Prime, Disney etc. When I had Diarrhoe the last day the Manager didn't even want to give me f... toilettpaper. Poor cleaning of the room. Employees speak only very poor English.All in all a very unplasent stay.

A quiet location with a nice pool.

This is basic, cheap accommodation. I think our room was the cheapest they offer being the older garden bungalow style room. The room was very well presented with a large double bed which had the advantage of a mosquito net. There was also a nice little sofa in the room. On the terrace area outside there were 2 chairs and a table. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool, with sun loungers. It also offers a basic breakfast which is well worth the money, we paid about £1pp. Do not though expect a perfect room with everything working remember you are in a poor environment and not paying much nightly (our room cost about £18pn for 2 including breakfast). We had lots of lightbulbs that didn’t work, making reading at night a problem. Our safe needed new batteries but non appeared during our stay but we did feel the area was safe. Towels are not changed automatically but they are happy to change them if you ask. We had a problem with the water flow to the shower. The water flow was just enough to have a cold(ish) shower but not enough for me to wash my shoulder length hair. This took a while to be fixed as the owner does not speak very good English and I think there was a communication problem. Once fixed the shower was fine and hot too. If you expect luxury accommodation this place is not for you but if you like an authentic Indonesian stay and to support a local family I would recommend staying here.

No refund for their fault !

When we arrived, the hotel has booked our cottage to someone else, and claimed that we had booked a room not a cottage.. We gave them proof that we had booked a cottage for 3 people 3 months before arrival, but the kept saying that we booked a room. The room they would give us, had 1 bed, and they would charge us for an extra bed. Then they found proof of us booking a cottage, but still kept saying that we booked a room. They wont refund us !

I did not stay there even a night I am charged for full 7 nights. I had raised. A ticket to be resolved. Horrible property it had rust and unclean places in bathroom and was extremely unsafe for me and my family. This property should not be listed for anyone to stay. I will be making. Compliant in health and safety grounds with ombudsman soon. I have documented and taken videos and pictures of this place.

This is the first hotel I have complained at. Our first room, the toilet was leaking, and creating a pool of toilet water in the shower. We asked for this to be fixed, or a new room, the lady said ‘we will good clean’. We said no, this is not acceptable. She said ‘tomorrow’. The next day it was still not fixed, staff tried to tell us tomorrow again, and we can have a new room (bear in mind that morning 4 rooms were checking out that we could have had). Eventually they swapped our room with somebody else (did not tell this person the toilet water was all over the floor). Other guests said their sink was not working, another room shower was broken, another room there was blood on the sheets and mould all the way up the walls, and another the fridge was broken. Every guest we spoke to had moved rooms. The guest with mould up the wall then moved into the room with the broken toilet. Every room seemed to have a problem. I would not recommend on these grounds. Additionally, the short lady in navy blue top was SO RUDE to us!!! She told us to just check out and go to a different hotel. Kept shouting at us unnecessarily. I’ve never had such encounter! This same lady kept lying to us saying the toilet would be fixed. I spoke to the manager on the phone and he said to just check out - they had no intention of fixing the problems, they just love guests around. The 2 gentlemen staff were very polite and tried to help us with the problem. One of them got us on the phone to the manager.

Slidt og billigt hotel med ok beliggenhed.

Dårlig rengøring. Slidt hotel midt på en byggeplads. Ligger dog tæt til stranden. Toiletterne mangler virkelig en opgradering. Personalet havde svært ved at forstå engelsk, men prøvede dog meget på at yde en god service. Flot poolområde. Godt hotel, hvis man søger et billigt med god beliggenhed på Nusa Lembongan. Anbefales at leje scooter på hotellet og kører rundt på Lembongan og Seningan.

Éden en travaux

Beau petit hôtel mais beaucoup de travaux autour et sur la structure même ce qui gâche la tranquillité des lieux. Nous sommes restés une nuit de ce fait et la direction de l’hôtel a été très professionnelle et compréhensive. C’est vraiment appréciable. Merci !

Just near by Mushroom beach

벌레 너무 많이 나옵니다.. 수압 약하고.. 따뜻한물 하나도 안나오구 숙소 안에 새로운 건물을 짓는거 같았는데 계속해서 일하는 스텝들 왔다갔다 거리고 그렇게 공사중이였으면 숙박 게스트를 왜 받았나 싶네요

Alles super bis auf...

Insgesamt ein super schönes, kleines Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Personal (allerdings anders als angegeben bislang ohne Restaurant!) in direkter Nähe zum Mushroom beach. Es waren viele preiswerte und leckere Restaurants innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Dass während unserem einwöchigen Aufenthalt eine große Baustelle auf dem Gelände war haben wir jedoch als störend empfunden.

Baustelle vor der Unterkunft!!!!

Katastrophale Gestank nach Chemikalien im Bad!!! Und zwar rund um die Uhr. Vom Pool guckt man direkt auf die Baustelle. Es sind in der Nähe wirklich schöne Anlagen viel günstiger.

Lovely hotel right next to some nice resturants

After having a terrible stay at a previous hostel I was very happy to arrive at this hotel. The room was lovely as was the pool. The view wasn't great as many new places are being built. A 5 minute walk brings you to a lovely beach with nice resturants including a stunning view. It's a shame that everywhere closes at 11. But if you want a nice relaxing time then this does the job.

Overall a good stay, and value for money

Pros: - Service was excellent. Was provided with a nice cup of lemongrass tea upon arrival, although it was late. - Availability of scooter rental from hotel itself - Room was clean and well made. Staff even folded the towels nicely into a decorative piece - Availability of all basic necessities, including extra beach towels, soap and shampoo, hair dryer, tv with Netflix, locker. Even the sockets were international sockets, and no adaptors was required. - Location was decent - walking distance to mushroom bay. Other places would need rental of scooter to get around. Cons: - The water took an average of 10 mins before it was warm enough to shower - Some toiletries such as tootbrushes/toothpaste were absent - The choice of breakfast was limited (noodle, rice or toast only). However, adequate variety of fresh juices were available. - Lots of flies at the breakfast area. - No view of sea/greenery from the room. (minor point)

Bästa boendet

Vi var jättenöjda med den villa vi hyrde i 4 nätter. Rent och fräscht, alltifrån rummen, möblerna till handdukarna. Personalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma. Vårt bästa boende på resan faktiskt, och då var nog detta det billigaste ändå.

Das Hotel ist noch ganz neu, das Zimmer und Bad sind geräumig. Herausragend war vor allem der Service. So freundliche Mitarbeiter hab ich selten erlebt.
