"This villa is basic and was perfect for me for my one week stay. I enjoyed privacy, the comfortable sofa on the terrace, and a hot bath in a jungle setting. Overall it was peaceful aside from some construction noise and traffic in the distance. Lots of frogs too through the night but the sounds of nature are wonderful. Biggest downside was the road to get to it which is very challenging for cars. Better if you plan to use a scooter or scooter taxi. "

The place was surrounded by tranquil and rustic rice fields. Our room was by the shared pool overlooking the rice fields and greenery in the distance. Villages were nearby. It was so peaceful and relaxing. A complete break from the mad world 😎 There were a few reasonable restaurants nearby. You could actually walk on the side of the road without being run over, unlike other parts of Bali. The room Was comfy- no problems. Only blemish was that the bathroom sink did not drain well.

This is a such exclusive and beautiful place. It’s not huge but very private. The place is well maintained and staff are very friendly. One night ordered some take away and later got cold. I’ve asked a staff to heat it up in microwave, unfortunately it’s not working. So She took it to the kitchen and heat it up in a wok. I thought it was very kind of her even though I didn’t order it from their kitchen. It is quite a bit of walk from the city centre but with Gojek or Grab, it’s never too hard....

The property was excellent and the service was great. The only issues I would mention is the distance you have to walk to the Villa. There a a number of steps up and down the mountain. Also the number of staff are limited so getting hold of them can be a challenge. Also it was hard to communicate without knowing the language. But the staff were extremely helpful. Highly recommended the 3 Bedroom Agung Villa but take note if you are staying with the kids that the pool is not blocked off. But...

It’s a must visit luxury resort in Ubud. All staff members there are professional and so kind: exception and great service by all staff, especially Yude, who really went above and beyond service and really ensured we are comfortable and satisfied with our stay. I would highly recommend anyone staying there to invest in that extra bit and get the villa. It is worth every penny. Gets plenty of sunlight, is private and a lot more relaxing environment.
