10/10 Excellent

"Rooms a good size, all amenities included Modern. Was able to get room earlier than 3. Ate at two of the hotels restaurants and the food is good. The only downside was that we upgraded our two bed booking and the size of beds were much too small- (twin sized) which although wonderfully comfortable were not big enough for adults more suitable for children and for a hotel of this calibre and price point should be at least queen sized in my view. Excellent location for Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, boat tours. Location directly across the river from Houses of Parliament. A walk along the Thames and your at Trafalgar Square or another good walk and Buckingham Palace."

"Basically perfect for sleeping. Even during a massive heatwave, the pod is cool and dark. The importance of this can not be overstated :'). The only negative is that it's somewhat awkward to manage luggage. If I hadn't been visiting London on the back of a 3 week trip and had had my usual light carry-on for business travel, this would have been no issue."

"The hotel is conveniently located at the base of Tower Bridge and close to water transportation or public transit. All the major sights are close by. The room was clean, quiet, and recently updated. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Overall a great stay at a lovely hotel!"

"A friend and I stayed four nights in London after a tour. This Riu hotel is conveniently located beside Victoria Station, The neighborhood is safe and walkable. The hotel room was comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom is large and convenient with space for cosmetic bags and hooks to hang towels. The lobby area is attractive. We did not have much contact with the hotel personnel, because none was necessary, The breakfasts are varied and plentiful. All in all, it was a very nice stay."
