"Check in was 2pm We did not get checked in while 3-30pm and was not told that there was two sides to the hotel of course we went to the wrong side of the hotel"

"If you just want a bed and hot shower this place will work for you, however, if you’re travelling with someone else then you had better be in intimate terms as the bathroom is separated by a glass (frosted) wall. The room felt ‘budget’ all be it designer budget, but lack of anywhere to sit other than a very low bed and cold concrete floor made it feel cold and uninviting. We missed the fact there was no tv so was a bit surprised. This place is great if you’re out late and crashing at the end of the day. Fab location with so much on the door step and very close to tube and buses."

We stayed a week but went to Leeds for 2 days and as such informed the front desk that the room didn’t require service for those nights. "We had a recently renovated triple room. It was extremely clean and the 3 single beds were ideal for us. The bathroom was lovely the only downside was no door on the shower so made the rest of the bathroom very wet and slippery when used. Breakfast had a good choice and reasonably priced at £15 pp. when I booked didn’t realised there was a lot of building works going on but didn’t hear any noise after 5pm or before 8am - no good if you want a lie in as it was noisy after 8 but fine for us. We would definitely stay here again. Location was fantastic Staff really helpful"

"The hotel is great good location, good rooms, excellent restaurant for both evening meals and breakfast. Unfortunately check in is an absolute joke, arrived at the hotel around 3.30 pm to be told the rooms we’re not ready and would not be ready for some time, after waiting for an hour we decided to eat in the restaurant, which was excellent, as we need to be at the theatre for 7pm and would need to shower and change first. Before entering the restaurant I went to to reception to enquire how much longer the rooms we’re going to be. I was told six minutes for one, and no time forecast for the other room. After eating back to reception to be told one room was ready but the other still was not, I asked to see the manager who told me it was my fault as I wanted the two rooms on the same floor, not great customer service and at no time was I offered a room on a different floor earlier,I told her if they could not for fill my booking they should have not taken the booking in the fist place, I just got sorry as a response , this is such a pity as the hotel was good on all other levels"

"Very friendly and attentive staff. Comfortable bed and seating in room. Great location for exploring Westminster. Bus stops are right outside. Tube stations 10mins and 15mins away. Smell of drains from shower in room and tiles and shower head showing signs of their age and quite grubby. We would stay here again."
