The beds were far too short for a comfortable night’s sleep. I am 6’2”, which is not unusually tall, yet my feet extended well beyond the end of the bed. This was uncomfortable and I would expect a hotel of this standard to provide beds of a more suitable length.

Los peores gerentes q he conocido sin ánimo de ayudar en su propia recepción reserve para mi regreso de un crucero ya estaba allí hospedada, me equivoque de mes puse julio en vez de junio me acerque al mostrador y nadie me ayudo q no podían hacer nada. Un hoyel de tanto prestigio se quedaron con mis 2 noches en dinero $700.00. Vivo en America y no pretendía regresar al mes siguiente a Londres. Sentí un robo total.
