Lovely staff! That makes all the difference. Very helpful, they remembered you, always smiling and eager to help. Great location, right by Dalston Junction, easy walk to all the highlights of Dalton Kingsland and the various cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops and art spaces.

1. Day manager insisted I pay in full to get access to room, even though I provided evidence of payment by Expedia. 2. Rooms smelled of paint or chemicals 3. Halls smelled of paint or chemicals 4. Day 2: No house keeping . I complained to manager - he said I needed to explicitly ask for housekeeping. 5. Towels smelled of smoke or chemicals 6. Day 3: still no house keeping 7. Elevator out of order in AM - my room was on 5th floor.

Nos alojamos en una habitación familiar, para 4. Las camas eran cómodas y tanto el baño como el aire acondicionado o el aislamiento eran correctos. Mención especial a todo el personal del hotel, siempre atento y con una sonrisa para atender todas nuestras necesidades. Desayuno bueno y estación de metro a 100m. No se puede pedir más, si sólo necesitas el hotel para dormir, como era nuestro caso. Gracias por todo!!
