"This hotel was perfect!! The neighborhood is called Santos and it is great for a more quiet ambiance, however still close to everything you would want to do in Lisbon. The hotel itself was so charming and very well kept. The staff at the front desk were all incredibly helpful and always very sweet and welcoming ready to assist at all times. The garden is absolutely beautiful and great for a coffee break or breakfast. They also always have coffee/tea and AMAZING pastries like pastel de nata that...

The building is from a bygone era, so entries, stairwell, and lighting are not the most modern, particularly if you are expecting a Marriott or Hilton with a Starbucks in the lobby. "Location was incredible, very close to many key tourist attractions while being reasonably priced. It would have been great if we could have shampoo and conditioner, and if your stay is longer than 3 days, to have an additional towel change included in the hostel cost (not extra). Very clean when one of the people would check out."
