"Avenida Palace has become our home away from home. This was our fourth stay, and once again, we loved every moment of it. The hotel is simply dreamy — cohesive, charming, and beautifully styled throughout. Every corner feels special, and we enjoyed every minute of being there. The staff are exceptional. They’re kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They know you’re visiting from out of town, and they go out of their way to share their city, their food, and their culture with you. Meeting such wonderful people is part of what makes this place unforgettable. Every year, Avenida Palace goes above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Each night, they leave thoughtful touches in our room — sweet pastel de nata, fresh fruit, and even a shopping bag. This time, my husband mentioned it was my birthday, and I received a beautiful surprise: a bottle of champagne and a delicious chocolate cake. Their attention to detail and initiative to make guests happy is truly remarkable. Breakfast is spectacular. The buffet is gorgeous, the service is professional, and sitting by the balcony with cloth napkins and stunning china makes the experience feel luxurious in a way many hotels simply don’t offer. Avenida Palace continues to exceed our expectations every year. We can’t wait to return."
