Property was a bit snug and it was a distance from anything lively. Having said that, it was a quiet night's sleep. Felt like a safe place to be, support staff was terrific. Bring groceries if you're there for a few days, the small market across the road is specialty and somewhat expensive.

The apartment needs a lot of TLC. The walls were dirty and the couches were also dirty. I pray the bed was clean, at least it looked clean. Thankfully we were only there for about 8 hours as our flight departed at 5 am. Location is great and parking on the street was easy. Lots of great restaurants near by. But management needs to give it some TLC.

We only stayed 1 night due to flight layover so I really can't give a proper review . the apartments were very clean and well stocked. the only concern was the ceiling had a water leak from the upstairs bathroom..had to put down a pan to catch dripping water.

Stayed in a duplex two-bedroom apartment for two nights in June. I didn’t know a code was sent to me via email a few days before the trip. It ended up in my junk mail. This code was necessary to enter the lobby. So remember to check your mailbox and junk mails before that. Once in the lobby, the city tax payment and check in was contactless over a touch screen machine. The process was quite seamless. Thankfully, there was a working elevator in the building. The apartment was huge and could fit 4 adults and 2 children. The beds were clean and comfortable. Was pleasantly surprised they would clean the apartment daily as I read they would only do so for stays beyond 3 nights. Some negative aspects: the knives given were blunt and could not cut through fruits. Water temperature at the sink and shower could also be very extreme (could suddenly turn very cold or hot) Location wise: it’s within walking distance to Sao Sebastian and Parque metro stations, as well as nice eateries and a Pingo Doce supermarket. Overall a good stay and wouldn’t mind booking again if I’m back in Lisbon.

I honestly completely a lot of this property, Since we get there smell really bad looks like they have a pet and they just cleaned a little bit before we stay . Honestly you can see on the walls , windows , sofa that they don’t clean very well . Even the dishes smell really bad . Last thing was the people there was very noisy looks like they have a party all night . Furniture was on bad condition. For a moment I really wanna cancelled and be in another place . Last thing was the extra blankets had blood which was very nasty I have to call and request another ones but they took like one day to bring me a clean ones , so the first night was really cold and uncomfortable. The only thing that I love it it was very walkable to small shop center with a market .
