"This property was good for visiting Alfama and the nearby shopping. Both the staff members in the lobby were super helpful with giving directions! Breakfast was good. The only downside I can think of is the restaurant/bar closed a bit early and could use a few more options for snacks or dinner. I had the veggie gyoza and liked them but it was the only thing that appealed to me at all. Overall a great stay and I would stay again!"

"The rooms were spacious and very clean. Despite the hotel’s central location, it was very quiet, and almost everything was within a 5-minute walk. The only reasons I’m giving a slightly lower rating are that the shower had very little water pressure when using the shower hose, and the coffee in the room cost €2.50. The fridge also had water, juice, and snacks available for €2.50 each, which is understandable, but I think that coffee should be complimentary. Overall, we had a very comfortable...
