The street and sidewalk in front of the hotel was being fixed, there was sand and broken/removed cobble stones so it was hard to walk into the hotel

This is hospitality at its finest. We travel to Lisbon quite often and the Lumen Hotel was by far the best hotel we've stayed in. The beds are huge, the room is spacious and the whole space is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and they go above and beyond to keep you happy. The whole vibe is just amazing. Shame about the building works in the street but it's not really something they can control. It's walkable distance to Picoas and Saldanha subway stations, it's super quiet and safe at night, and it's got amazing bakeries nearby. Ask the staff for recommendations! We will definitely come back :D

The lumen hotel is a lovely hotel and great location. The staff at this hotel are lovely and helpful when required. I will definitely be back. Breakfast buffet and bar/bar restaurant definitely great here

A group of 12 of us stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It was clean, convenient and the light show was a fun event. The staff was very nice and we loved the full breakfast. It was a great stay overall.

Great new hotel. Spacious room, friendly staff, terrific breakfast and dinner at restaurant Clorofile was also really good. Lumen light show was an added highlight during dinner. Liked rooftop patio and pool. Great eco-friendly incentive if you don’t have room cleaned every day.

Newish hotel. Friendly staff. Good size rooms and very comfortable king size beds. The breakfast was fabulous with a good and fresh selection of food. The rooftoop pool and bar is a nice amenity albeit it can get very busy with only a limited number of sunbeds. The hotel is very close to metro which makes it very easy to get around Lisbon. The only criticism which is only minor is that cleaning of our room took place quite late in the day, after 4pm. I would.stay again.

We were welcomed by very friendly front desk lady who recommended breakfast place for us. The room is spacious with good natural lights. However the AC takes some time to work.. the location - thought it would still be close enough to walk to places but it wasn’t , we heavily rely on bus and metro (which they are also not so reliable / punctual). Review of Our Stay at the Lumen Hotel Recently, we had the pleasure of staying at the Lumen Hotel for our last day in Portugal. We couldn’t have picked a better place to end what was a magical two weeks in Portugal. The staff at check-in were incredibly welcoming and efficiently arranged our dinner reservations at the hotel restaurant. We had requested connecting rooms, and they had everything set up perfectly. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Luis, the concierge, was fantastic—he took our luggage to the room and gave us a quick tour, explaining how everything worked. Dinner was fantastic, with the restaurant staff providing excellent service and the food being delicious. To end the evening, we enjoyed the light show, a montage of key points of Lisbon, which was absolutely beautiful. We highly recommend the Lumen Hotel and wish we had the opportunity to stay longer. Thank you to the Lumen for making the end of our trip special and memorable. Collins Family
