Lovely hotel. Well- located between Chicago and Principe Real, and above Rossio and Av Liberdades. Service was impeccable. Every request was taken care of promptly, housekeeping was responsive to time schedules and personal needs of distant travelers, front desk was very friendly and helpful. Loved it.

I had the best dinner at the restaurant . Chose a wine pairing option it was great . The location is excellent, I took the cosy and whilst very small it was quaint and just enough room for a solo traveler .

Everything was great, specially Maria, from the front desk. We came one night asking for the hotel tour, at almost 8pm and she was kind enough to give us the tour. We knew that the tour was at 6pm, but she didn't hesitate and was a great help to us to understand the history of the building, which, by the way, it's amazing.

The hotel and staff were lovely. We especially appreciated the truffles and wine left every night with the turn down service. The on site restaurant and bar were very good as was the breakfast buffet. The staff were very helpful in recommending restaurants nearby as well. The hotel is very nicely situated to see the sights in Lisbon. Would definitely stay again.

It is really a palace with four inch thick doors 12 foot wide staircases and soaring ceilings. The courtyard is magazine worthy and you'll never hear a sound due to two foot thick walls and solid stone floors. The room amenities are complete, anything you can think of they have it checked off. I have travelled the world, I can't think of a kinder staff.
