The staff was very welcoming upon arrival and we checked in at 1am. We were able to park in their garage for a daily fee but worth it to keep our rental off the city street. I’m traveling with an injured knee and room service brought me ice each night and added a little chocolate treat the second night when we called. The hotel was located in a great spot. All popular areas were with in walking distance. As well as the train station. Overall great day for the 3 days we spent in Lisbon.

Hotel Mundial is a gem right in the heart of Lisbon. The location was very close to many attractions and pick up points for day excursions. The rooftop bar with an amazing view of the castle at night, is the perfect place to unwind at the end of a busy day. Mundial exceeded our expectations with a welcome gift, goodbye gift, welcome drinks and discount on hotel restaurants. The morning buffet breakfast was excellent. The hotel lobby and lounge bar are inviting and comfy. The staff are very pleasant and made us feel at home. LOVED our stay and would come back anytime. Thank you Hotel Mundial for making my families vacation memorable.

Unique about this hotel is its location (close to city center) and the magnificent view from the rooftop bar. Furthermore it feels a little outdated, the property needs an update.
