"We especially enjoyed the pool and breakfast, and I would also like to express my appreciation for the birthday surprise, the cake arrangement was a lovely touch and made the occasion even more special. We felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. I also wanted to share a small note for future improvement. We found the pillows to be a bit too soft for our preference, and after every housekeeping, there is only one towel for the two of us."

"The rooms are very large and spacious, very clean. The beds are super comfortable with lovely pillows and nice quality linen. The bathrooms are large and clean with quality toiletries and ample towels provided. The property is very large with many beautiful pools to swim in and located right on the beachfront. The breakfast is delicious providing loads of variety."

"Hi I didn’t know what to expect when I booked the garden view room for 3 nights but wow was I surprised talk about value for money only issues we had 3 nights went to quick should have been 7 nights minimum Prama right on the beachfront staff are excellent "

"Pros: Location and the Pool. Walking distance to Waterbom and other amenities in heart of Kuta. Kids lived the pool and the slides. Rooms were clean and neat. Staff was very friendly Cons : Breakfast was a miss. Coffee machines make really bad coffee, brista coffees are not much better. Kids club is paid activity. Had to pay to hire a swimming floatie for my 6 yr old. Probably would not have felt this way if we didn't moved from a different hotel. "

"The room was at very basic condition, leaking shower tap and basin. The staff were great, room service and reception were great. The main pool is beautiful and clean but the infinity pool wasn't great specially with supper slippery area around the pool. The break fast at international restaurant was great. Japanese restaurant was perfect. Indian restaurant were bad. The Soho bar staff and service was trouble. The beach was much more better than what I was expected. "
