Welcome to our Newly Renovated 1-Story 2-Bedroom Las Vegas Home with new furniture! You will be conveniently staying in the center of Las Vegas and is located in front of a GOLF COURSE, WOW!
The home is only 2 miles (3.2 km) from the famous Fremont Street Experience, container park, 2 malls, downtown hotels and Las Vegas Premium Outlet Shops.
It is also only less than 3 miles (4.8 km) from the heart of the Las Vegas Strip.
You can take Uber/Lyft there it is only 10-15 min drive.
You will be renting the entire single story town home including private backyard and shared LARGE front yard. It has NEW furniture including NEW beds, NEW blankets, NEW comforters, NEW 50 inch Flat-Screen TV, etc. The home is also equipped with full kitchen, BBQ grill, private laundry room with washer and dryer, etc. You will have a parking area that can easily fit 2 or 3 cars.
