"Great hotel if you get to stay in the upgraded part of the hotel otherwise it’s not so good. "

"The rooms were incredibly loud, in particular at the lower levels. Completely unbearable to stay. I when I asked to move I was told 'no' by the manager at the front desk as I had stepped into the first room assigned to us. While the check in staff was friendly, this manager was very rude. The rooms on the lower level weren't as nice/maintained as the higher level. When we did get moved the next day to a higher floor the room was cleaner, but you could still hear the noise from outside. There were no pool loungers (single chairs on the perimeter which were all taken by 10:00 am). If you wanted a loungner you were required to pay $250 for the lounger + $300 for F&B. Total rip off."

"They do t clean the rooms properly. It takes longer than 30 mins for housekeeping to come when called. Rooms are outdated bad smell on most floors"

"Walking thru hotel and casino smells of smoke, not good air filtration. Nice big room BUT No in room fridge, coffee maker. You have to walk thru casino with luggage & cooler if u want cold drinks/snacks in room. We won’t be returning. "
