Smoke free stay

Very slow and sometimes rude service, very clean and quiet hotel. Smoke free and no casino. Able to use both vdara and aria hotels which was great

As a non-casino hotel, it was super easy check-in, check-out, and getting up and down from your room. Nice bar downstairs to group up with family and friends. Very nice rooms. Conveniently located to the Bellagio, Aria and Cosmo. The Staff was excellent.

ゆったり落ち着く広い部屋

ストリップ大通りから奥まっているホテルですがコスモポリタンホテルの2階を抜けていくと暑さ寒さを感じることなく行き来でき、カジノの無いホテルなのでロビーからすぐエレベーターに乗り部屋へ行けます。部屋にはキッチンがありますが料理するには？ですが強力な電子レンジがあり食品の温めが予想以上に早いです。浴槽が深く、バスタブとは別にシャワーブースもあり疲れが取れます。遮光とレースの布式ブラインドが電動で開閉できリッチな気分にさせる高層ホテルです。

From hotel room to Cosmo‘s Wicked Spoon was like a 5 min walk and Bellagio buffet was less than 10 mins. Very convenient！

This was disappointing. It seems as though the property is not being well maintained. Our room was not properly setup and looked run down. There was a kitchenette with a coffee machine but no coffee grinds, cups, etc. There were no slippers or robes in the room. Also, valet took a very long time to get our car each day. Our TV wasn’t working. Last, there was a used q-tip on the floor (yuck). We booked through Expedia and the staff kept telling us that we had an “owners room”. Not sure what that means but I wouldn’t recommend it.

I am super disappointed by Vdara. From not working tvs in the room with service that keeps stalling. To hotel staff and lack of customer service provided by hotel. Staff seems disengaged and bothered to serve. We traveled as family and called for kettle and mugs. It took 3 times for hotel Staff to get it right. 2 front desk representatives didn’t process work order. Then I had to call additional for sugar and honey. Spent 20min on hold! Wow! Ok… I thought maybe it’s Saturday and it’s busy, so decided to use digital assistant. Nope.. took 2 times submission and then front desk called: “there will be additional charge for honey”. Ok charge me! However, honey never arrived. I am typically patient person, but at this point I went to speak to manager and got answer:”manager in the meeting” and lady at the bell desk couldn’t care less that customer is asking for manager and isn’t happy. So I’d say be aware, if you want to stay in hotel where you aren’t welcomed or service personnel wants to assist, then stay at Vdara.
