Since the min I walked into the lobby i had a bad experience. after waiting in line for about 10 min an employee walks up to me and rudely tells me to just use one of the Khios to check in but I wanted to speak with someone in person, to make things easier I just did what the employee told me to do to move the line along since at this point it was out the door. The khios machine was not able to find my reservation after providing three types of ID and confirmation number it asked me to speak to a harra’s hotel associate. This meant getting back in that line that was now out the door. After finally talking to someone at the front desk they discovered that it was an issue with computer systems. After a long time I finally got a room in the 9th floor, at this point I didn’t care just wanted somewhere to rest and shower and get ready for my partner’s 21st birthday, so we head there. After about an hour of being there my girlfriend decided I o use the toilet and after flushing a ridiculous amount of toilet water started coming down from the ceiling, the water looked like was coming from one of the broken pipes from the floor above, this water stink it was the worst the color of it being brown and splashing everywhere, I hurried down to the lobby since no one was picking up the phone in the lobby, when I got to the lobby and explained what was happening they assured they would upgrade the room and give me my money back but till this day I’m still waiting for that, very disappointed

Check in was not personable. I was unable to check in and wasn’t sure why. The staff member went to her computer and asked if I needed a handicap room. I thought that was weird. Once I answered that question she handed me back my ID and said I could check in. I don’t understand why she couldn’t have just checked me in while she was behind her computer. The rooms didn’t have small fridges which was very inconvenient especially for the price of the rooms.

Complete lack of customer service. Everything is automated- they don’t answer the phone for housekeeping. Everything has to go through an online texting service. We requested pillows since the 2 “pillows” in the room were flat clumps of fabric. We were told we’re only allowed two more “pillows” since there were two people in the room. Took three hours and multiple requests to receive said pillows. Never received housekeeping the next day despite sending a request. Also had to ask for more towels since they only gave us one small and one normal size bath towel. Again, we were told we can only have one towel per person. I feel like I would have had more towels and pillows (and housekeeping) at a motel 6.

What was really nice is the hotel is relatively in the middle of the strip. Was able to walk most places and had easy access to attractions. What was not nice is our room did not get cleaned at all. We had to call down and ask for towels and the room was never cleaned. There as no hotel staff to give information upon arrival. No information was given to highlight any of the amenities of the hotel, or what was going on. You checked in via the kisok, which is fine, but no info was given. No highlights, no come to this restaurant nothing. the most information was on the TV with in room ordering, or a text that told you about the pool and how to order food to the room That part was disappointing, I feel like we missed out on things happening in our own hotel.
