I loved my stay. Heather at the front desk was so sweet, professional, and super helpful. The room was nice and clean #19012.It had a nice view. We had pizza from Pizza Cake it was so yummy. I just wished parking was free but other than that my brother and I had a great time!

The room was very clean! The pillows were amazing! And the bed was very comfy. It was quiet. The only thing I wasn't fond of was the hot water flow. It would be hot, then it would cool off and then get hot again. But other than that it was great!

I recently stayed at your hotel and was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service provided. From the moment I arrived, the staff were unhelpful, inattentive, and at times dismissive of my concerns. Good customer service is a fundamental part of the hospitality industry, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below reasonable expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements improvements to ensure future guests do not encounter similar issues.

I would not stay here again. There should be signs at the elevators letting people know that if they’re coming in after 11 or 12 midnight to quiet down going down the hall. We were woken up at least three or four times each night by people talking loudly in the halls at 12 or 1 AM, 2 AM etc. the prices were outrageous at the restaurants and the extra add-on tax at the hotel for each evening added $170 to our three nights stay on top of our Expedia reservation. It wasn’t the worst hotel there, but I’ve stayed at much better and quieter hotels in Vegas.
