"This was a complete nightmare. I’m still trying to get a refund even though it’s been approved because of all the hassle we had. They were two hours late checking us in. When I told her I thought check-in was at 4 PM, the lady at the front desk told us that’s just when check-in starts, it’s not guaranteed)… this isn’t true, I’ve never stayed at a hotel and had this issue. Check out is at 10 AM- I bet they don’t say that’s when it starts, you can check out anytime after that.. hmm. The room didn’t have a balcony as advertised, the concierge employee tried to get us to do a timeshare presentation and when we declined, she was very rude. The outlet next to the bed didn’t work, the Wi-Fi didn’t work in the room. The toilet started ‘burping’ in the middle of the night and then leaked from the base. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough."

"This is false advertisement at it's finest. Totally Disgusting, Dirty and the Pool is out of order. We paid $386.00 for one night and we refused to stay there. We checked out shortly upon arrival because it didnt feel safe. 0 stars"

"We got there and our names were on the hotel list but the rooms were never put in the systems so we didnt have a room confirmed. They had us in a last minute room and mid trip we had to check out to check into a different room because they needed to do renovations in the other room."

"From the moment I entered the hotel there not a trace of cigarettes or cigar smells. The front desk associates were extremely helpful. The casino staff cordial and professional. The bed was one of the most comfortable ive slept in and the.shower was amazing. I usually shower 2 - 3 times and no joke the cleanliness of the water was amazingly refreshing. My only suggestion is to have coffee available in the rooms. But this is a small inconvenience. I dont think I would stay at any other hotel. The M had everything I need."
