"Clean, big room with everything we needed to cook. Check out time is a little early. (10:00) Elevators are slow and staff uses same elevators which makes them very crowded. Need more ice machines or at least ice cube trays in the room, going down 18 floors for ice with a slow elevator is a little annoying. "

"Tv didn't offer many channel options, the WiFi was sometimes spotty. The Garden Buffet was priced a bit high, the food was good, not spectacular for $41. The room was quiet, shower water was controlled evenly, no cold spots from another draw."

"Check-In Process: I checked in on a Friday afternoon and the line was long, which was expected for a busy check-in day. Despite the line, there were plenty of staff members assisting guests, and the process moved fairly smoothly. The only part I didn’t appreciate was being redirected to another desk to obtain a “parking pass,” which turned out to be an attempt to sign guests up for a timeshare presentation. I declined, but the setup felt a bit misleading. Room: Our group rented a two-bedroom suite, which provided more than enough space for a large family. Each unit had its own kitchen, bathroom, and living area, which was convenient for a group stay. However, the furniture and decor felt somewhat dated, and the bed wasn’t particularly comfortable. In one of the two rooms, the dryer did not work, the sink was clogged, and the bedroom TV did not appear to have a proper connection. One notable issue was the lack of housekeeping service. Since we only booked the room for the weekend, we later learned that housekeeping is only provided for stays of a week or longer. This policy was not mentioned at check-in, and it would have been helpful to know in advance. Grounds: The overall property itself was nice and well maintained, with three different pool areas that close at 10 PM, which was actually a good balance for a place in Vegas. Parking can be a bit challenging during busy weekends or if you return to the property late in the evening."

"This was a great hotel. The complimentary Wednesday night social was great, as was the breakfast. The fact that they get you to and from the airport is a such an added bonus. The rooms were very nice and the beds comfortable. Highly recommend."
