"I had jewelry stolen from my room on the one and last day of visit that I did not have the dnd sign on my door. I have yet to hear from risk management. The cabana I reserved prior to visit was not available due to maintenance on the fan(s) property was not proactive in checking the cabana was in clean and working order prior to visit. My brother in law was shortchanged at the bar across from the cage, he bought a round of drinks which came to $30 something, he gave waitress $100 and received the amount of the bill in change, he happened to look at the $ before putting it into his pocket. They did make that right after much ado. We ordered prime rib in cafe, it was all overcooked even though most orders were for med-rare and medium. When bringing this to attention of waiter, he returned saying all they had was well done. Did not tell us this prior to bringing out overcooked food. I recommended this hotel to family visiting from out of town my husband and I are locals, and I regret it! I will never return to this hotel the 7 of us all spent a lot of money in there and it was a terrible experience all around. The hotel is beautiful, but that’s it! Lock up anything of value. "

"This was one of the cleanest and most comfortable hotels I’ve stayed in outside the main center of Vegas. The next time I’m in town, I’ll stay here instead of the overly priced hotels in the center of Vegas. The parking is also free, which is a plus! Last but not least, it’s quiet, peaceful and safe!"

"I stayed here the year before for wrestlemania but it was a little far from the venue so I stayed here for the week leading up to it. This place is so relaxing , your own kitchen you can live like at home well in paradise. The property is 5 stars! Especially if your doing a group trip it’s a place where gambling and non gambling friends can go the non gambling people can chill look after the kids well the gamblers go to the strip or downtown for the casinos. Even if you just want to a weekend away and weren’t even thinking about Vegas this place is for you! Planning a big group trip back!"

"I paid for the 2 Queen size bedroom, for a party of 4, but when I got there I got the studio room. They couldn't switch my room because they were sold out."

"property is a little ways away from everything and not the easiest to access. the staff was nice, room was clean. but staying on the first floor i could hear every footstep above me, not to mention every time someone came out the stairwell door or used the side entrance. "
