WE DO NOT HAVE CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS. We will take care of everything.

Your vacation retreat boasts 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large loft with a bar, a well equipped kitchen, and 4 smart TV's with DirecTV. Enjoy the backyard oasis, mature landscaping, pool/spa, covered patio with tables, chairs, barbecue, and your own putting green! The location is ideal because it is close enough, but far enough! The Las Vegas strip is only a $20 uber ride or 10 miles away, yet far enough to escape the madness and truly relax in this peaceful family friendly neighborhood.

The property comes well equipped with all the comforts of home. If by some chance you need something that is not there, don't hesitate to ask for it. We live a few houses away and we probably have it at our house.

The property, as required by the city of Henderson, has a noise monitor inside and outside the home. This device does not record. It only measures noise in decibels. There are security cameras on the outside of the home to ensure only registered guests stay on property.

Great House!

Was everything it said it was in listing, clean, quiet, close to shopping and restaurants and also not too far from the strip. The house had everything we needed. Host was very helpful and responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay just a short ride from the Strip

This property was perfect for a family vacation! It was a great home, with an awesome pool, and extremely responsive hosts that were so accommodating to our party. Next time I am in Vegas I will stay here again unless it is already booked!

Amazing property and host!!

Our family of 9 had an amazing week at this property. The pool area is a delight. The photos of the property don’t do it justice. The rooms are bigger than they appear in the photos. The host could not have been more gracious and helpful. The location is amazing - grocery store and restaurants close by. Lovely neighborhood. It was a perfect location for our family vacation.

Family Visit

My family stayed at “Paradise off the Strip” in December 2024. Everything about the property was terrific! The house is quite large and had space for both socializing and for quiet time. We will absolutely stay at this property again!

Family trip for spring break

House was great. My wife and I and our 7 kids came for spring break. Pool area was great for all. Basketball hoop in pool was very fun. Safe area. House was very clean and host very responsive and accommodating. We went to the strip, Hoover dam and the valley of fire. Also did k1 go carts which were a lot of fun.

Perfect Stay

We were 5 adults in Vegas for a conference and stayed in Paradise! The house was exactly what we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked, but the pool area is where we spent most of our time. It was awesome! Would absolutely stay again!

Pure Perfection

This is your perfect stay option for being close to Vegas activities but in a beautiful safe neighborhood with all the shopping and dining you would ever need very close by. The backyard pool, spa, shaded patio(we dined on the deck multiple times) and outdoor TV are spectacular! We found everything we needed to prepare most of our meals in well appointed kitchen for our group of 7. Can't say enough praise about our hosts: responsive, understanding and professional. If you on the fence about choosing another property, just pull the trigger here! One of our favorite VRBO stays... and we've had many across the country.

Fantastic home

The home was perfect for our family vacation. It was clean with great amenities (pool and putting green). The size of the home was perfect for our group and we really enjoyed our stay. The home is in a quiet neighborhood but still really close to anything you want to do in town. Communication with the homeowners was also ver pleasant. Would stay here again.

Beautiful

Beautiful home, super clean and amazingly spacious. Neighborhood is quite and very well groomed. My kids loved the heated pool. The surrounding area has a great variety of places to eat, which are all very close. The host are super attentive. Quick and helpful with thier responses. This place is definitely a 10 out of 10.

Ultimate Relaxation

This was our 3rd stay for our family of 5 and as always it was nothing short of perfect. The house has plenty of space for our 3 teenagers to have their alone time and the outdoor space and pool was ideal for all of us to hang out together. We loved it and will continue to come back!
