"Great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Breakfast was convenient and offered a good variety of options. Parking was easy and accessible. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers."

"First let me state the hotel was fine, it was clean and safe but I would probably not book another stay there. The employee who checked us in was very soft spoken and difficult to understand in the loud lobby. When we arrived in our room, it smelled overwhelmingly of air freshener, to the point even my nose blind husband commented on it. When we asked the same staff member about it she said all the rooms would smell like that so moving wouldn’t solve the issue. The location was good for easy airport access and the breakfast had a large variety of good quality choices. The lady who managed the breakfast was also very attentive and thorough with ensuring items were replenished or replaced and the area was clean."

"The hotel was quiet but the shower was terrible. I think they need to renovate it. Tiles missing from the floor tiles. The water pressure was terrible and absolutely no amenities so may she sure you bring your own. The toilet took forever to fill with water which is not good. I personally would not stay again. The breakfast was okay. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and resolved issues I had."

"Positive: Hotel is beautiful. Bell staff was wonderful. Valet parking was wonderful. Negative: Stayed for son's wedding. My elderly parents booked a room as well through a third party, although they thought they were calling the hotel. My dad was taken via ambulance and admitted, so my mom came alone. The front desk would not allow her to check in to her room since her name was not on the reservation, despite showing ID with same last name and address. We had even made sure our rooms were by each other prior to arriving, so there had been contact made. We had someone go to her home out of state to try to get the confirmation number, but the front desk said it didn't match. The front desk offered absolutely no assistance. Bottom line, my 80 year old mother was denied a room that she already paid for and had to share with someone. This set the tone for our wedding weekend. This had nothing to do with Expedia. However, it ruined our stay. Do yourself a favor and stay at a hotel that values their customers and wants a positive outcome. There's plenty of gorgeous hotels in Henderson and Vegas."
