Have stayed many times over the last 30+ years. This is first time with the mega high resort fees & what a diappointment. Internet was hit or miss in our room as was tv reception. Way too little for resort fees. Give us a fridge or microwave.
Clean, friendly, nice room. If you self park it’s a walk. No refrigerator or coffee maker in room.
Everyone was friendly and professional, including security and housekeeping. The room was in the south tower with an excellent view, and very clean. Bingo was a blast and we did well on the machines. We sat on benches out front and watched the Freemont street experience. I love the Plaza. We will ...
Everyone was courteous . Meals were great. Rooms cleaned in a timely fashion. Hotel in a convenient spot.
All employees are great trained greeting manners And especially check in desk person was awesome manners person. I will visit again soon. Thanks Fremont and Expedia.
It was easy to get to Fremont Street and an easy walk to our room. There was an issue with our room at check in which they helped us with immediately. Most of the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay again.
I love the location, I really like the long bar. I feel like it’s the nicest hotel on Fremont Street.
I hope they update their front desk computer operating system soon. Check in took a WHILE! Lots of manually entered information and working from two separate computer screens. Seemed a little outdated.
Good location. Good food. Have crap games. Nice people
