While upon checking in , the staff was amazing and helpful with us getting all settled ! The room was spotless and so beautiful! The beds were nice and cozy especially after a long day/night out. Our room was upgraded for a fair price. It was end suite and very quiet. The location was close to poker room where my husband loves to play and the pool close by too. We ate at the ChRt House. We didn’t have reservations and we were seated right away. Our table was next to the gigantic aquarium and it was a beautiful vibe seeing the fish swimming. The staff was very attentive at the restaurant. The prime rib was excellent. Get the clam clowder soup as it’s fabulous. Best ever. We will be back ❤️

The online advertising alluded to access of a beautiful pool, slide and amenities. Make sure to call ahead to verify what is open and available. Also, we pre-registered and waited an entire day before having to go to the desk and requesting a key/room. The room had previous guests hair and evidence of less upkeep. The highlight of the stay was awesome customer service from bell desk, VIP check in service and pool security persons.
