"I have stayed at the Downtown grand twice and I must say your front desk young lady by the name of Hope was absolutely amazing! I had an issue at another property. I was supposed to stay at and it was horrible so I felt a little hopeless when I walked in the very first time I stayed at the Downtown grand. Your staff absolutely put my mind Eddie’s and helped me get a room for a week. I was scheduled for surgery the next day and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the staff how fast they got me in a room and had the best week ever!! I booked my second stay because I knew how comfortable and close the amenities were within walking distance. Even though I was back for a follow up appointment at a surgery center, which was a good 17 minutes away from the hotel. I still booked there because of how fabulous my first day was so keep up the great work Downtown grand I will be back in a year.!!!"

"Don’t let the bad reviews scare you I stayed in the skyrise rooms and it wasn’t bad at all clean room didn’t smell like cigarettes there’s a lot of things to do in hotel, free parking over all I would do it again it’s not a super fancy hotel but it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed for the price "
