"There was no hot tub and the tv in the bathroom didnt work. The staff said they were bringing a remote for the tv in the bathroom.. we waited and no one ever came. So we called and they said there wasnt a remote I was also told I had a view of the Ballagio fountain and i did not. "

"Charged for things we didn’t use at minibar, offered an upgraded room that has less beds and they were out of rollaway beds so one person didn’t have anywhere to sleep, front desk not helpful and absolutely a charge for every little thing."

"For the price I paid, I shouldn’t be complaining but it’s definitely not a 4 star hotel experience. Staff is very friendly and supportive but the property is very old."

"Even though I got a basic room, most rooms have refrigerators or microwaves in this room had neither, I did find some long hairs in the bathroom on the floor, and I barely have any on my head, so I know they weren’t mine and some of the light fixtures in the hallway were broken, it just seemed like this place was a little rundown, even though I know it’s an old hotel but I think it needs to get with the times and some major updates "
