"The room was clean , bedding sheets were clean. .... The bathroom had hair on the floor , I cleaned it up myself.... so I didn't leave a tip..toiletries were not refilled so I'll give 2 stars other than that my stay was pleasant."

"One of the best places to stay in Vegas. We have now stayed here for 2 years in a row And cant’t say anything but great things about them. A special shoutout! Our family loves breakfast at Saddles and enjoying the company of Tina and Beth! They are the most gracious hosts giving hugs to so many of the guests….its absolutely amazing to see the genuine warmth and depth of character where they don’t just treat it as a job but a true joy to take care of guests. We have never eaten at a restaurant where the hosts are interacting with guests at leisure while still managing the never ending crowds. This is the perfect place to start your day in a leisurely manner. Thank you from our entire family!"

"Es un hotel muy limpio y organizado al momento de hacer check in. Nos resolvieron rápidamente varias dudas que surgieron y en cuanto al precio está muy bien. Nos hicieron un upgrade de habitación , hicimos early check in sin cobro alguno y quedamos muy satisfechos pues la habitación estaba bastante amplía. Sin duelo recomiendo."

"The check in process is annoying, I understand they want to sell timeshare’s, but some of us are there just because it’s a Hilton property. I did not like the heavy pressure to take their 90+ minute sales pitch, it made the check-in process uncomfortable. Now, for the opposite side of customer experience… VALET WAS TOP NOTCH. Seriously. Those guys deserve so much praise! Very kind, speedy, professional, and so courteous. This hotel is a non gaming quiet hotel, and when adding the superior customer experience from valet….. it made the hotel part of our trip fantastic. Sales push? Not so much."
