Where do I start... first I think listings that involve independent owners should be clearly identified on the website. I was unaware this rental was more or less an Airbnb, that isn't really connected to the hotel property. When issues arise the property could not address the issues IE: the electrical short in the bedroom lamp, the pullout bed falling apart, the inability to open the patio door, the random plumbing issues in the middle of the night with the toilet as if something was clogged when no one used the bathroom *video on file and finally on the 1st night being bitten by spiders (the bites look too big to be bedbugs) *took pictures. The unit was very pleasing to the eye but lacking in maintenance and instruction on who to contact for any issues or concerns. The front desk was basically hands off. Second issue...parking... this property is too big not to have enough parking, on the weekend it is a free for all... if you leave and come back, you are redirected to MGM grand to pay for parking, then walk back to one of the three towers at all hours of the night. Valet parking is a perk included, and you should not have to keep your vehicle hostage if you want parking during your stay. Finally... the staff I did exchange interaction with were 5 star. Professional, pleasant, prompt to assist when they could. I wish I had a better experience, but it was mine, someone else may enjoy their visit... Footnote shake out the bed covers before laying down. 🙃
