"We had a bit of a hiccup upon check in with the lock on our door causing us to have to trek back and forth through the casino, across the hotel, back and forth to the front desk 4-5 times before getting a different room. The front desk staff was friendly, accommodating, and made it right. The room was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again."

"Our room was very clean and cleaning staff were very friendly and attentive. Front desk staff were also really helpful during the check-in process. We also appreciated that the elevators were broken up by floors since it made getting to our room much faster… even when the elevators were really busy. We really enjoyed the pool area but it was very crowded so you have to get there early if you want a chair. On the down side, the beds were horribly hard and uncomfortable. For the price paid for these rooms I expected better beds and more amenities. We would have appreciated a coffee maker. Some rooms don’t even offer a small refrigerator, but fortunately ours did. Overall, the hotel was very good. I felt like prices at the hotel were overinflated for just about everything but I think that’s true everywhere in Las Vegas, not just the MGM Grand."
