"The main lobby/casino area is complete and utter chaos. It's designed to snake you through the loud, noisy, and smoky casino. The front desk of Aria was about 2 blocks away (within the Casino) to the property's elevators (to get to your room). The valet system is spread out over 3 different areas and once you drop your car off, you have to walk thru the casino (see above) to get to the front desk. I had higher hopes for this property as I always thought it was more upscale and post then all other hotels on the strip but honestly, based on the main level chaos, we would never stay here again."

"The room is large, clean, and well equipped, with big windows that offer a view of the Sphere from the bed—a great bonus. For the price, it’s well worth it. However, the bed sheets were stained, and we experienced itchiness after sleeping."

"The room was clean, spacious, and had lots of charging ports for your electronics. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Cafe Hollywood had big portions for reasonable prices. Played good music on casino floor, lots of servers walking around for drinks, and the over all vibe of the casino was good! The only negative I have to report is the wait time to get an elevator, especially an hour around check out. Took us 7 waits for an elevator and we got to the elevator at 10:30am. ( check out is at 11am) So leave plenty of time to get down to lobby if you have to be at the airport near that time. "
