"Everything was great. Good location, great room, wonderful staff, will go back."

"This is a good property for the value, but we noticed some missing pieces during our stay: there is no mirror in the room aside from the bathroom, which isn’t a huge deal but was weird not to have. There is no microwave either, but there is a small mini fridge. Lastly, the water in our shower did not drain, so we’d shower and eventually have water up to our mid calf by the time we were finished. The staff was great and the restaurants on the property were really good (luchini especially) but we got several snide comments from a few bartenders. A female bartender at the losers bar (I think that’s what it was called?) refused to serve us without ID, despite seeing us earlier in the day and ID’ing us then. There was another bartender at Whiskey down that was outright mocking us for the drinks we were getting too, saying they’re lame (we both got a classic whiskey sour to start) which wasn’t a great experience, either."

"Room large and clean, wasn’t blown away by the hotel if I’m honest but on the other hand had nothing really to complain about. I did wait ages for check in though (after 22 hours of travel and 11pm at night, so not ideal) as the online way of doing it said I didn’t have a room that was available, only a few staff working on the counter, they were good despite being under a lot of pressure. "

"Make sure you go to the actual front doors upon arrival instead of where GPS takes you. The walk was horrendous to reception through the entire place before getting to check in. Hotel is fine. "

"I was told I would have to pay 100.00 deposit on the room which would be reimbersed never received it, very unhappy with the way they nickel & dime you when you get there. I booked with expedia never will stay at oyo hotel again. The staff was cordial but I dont like being lied to therefore I am giving a bad review."
