"The hotel staff are great! They try hard and do a fine job! Amenities are lacking; no microwave in rooms, no coffee maker, no complimentary bottled waters. At this price level I expect those things to be there. The casino floor and other facilities are fine, but the non-smoking areas are not enforced at all. Once you leave your room you can have a lit cigarette in your face at anytime. Overall, not bad. Rooms are nice. "

"Overall, the property was clean and the location was great, which we appreciated. However, we were disappointed with several aspects of our stay. The pillows were in poor condition, with feathers coming out that were uncomfortable and even poked our faces throughout the night. We checked in electronically and were assigned an accessible room, which we were not expecting. Additionally, the shower had very low water pressure, making it difficult to use. Since our stay was only for two nights, we chose not to request a room change, but these issues did impact our overall experience. While the location was a highlight, we were not fully satisfied with the stay."
