"Everything was crazy expensive! And when you’re gaming you can’t get top shelf alcohol! Which I think is crazy! "

"I would expect a 4 star hotel to have better amenities. Pool closes at 5pm, seriously? No bathroom within the gym area until the Spa is opened, and I had to go back to my room. Very inconvenience. No room service at 9pm? No coffee maker inside the room? Water pressure for shower is low. In order to watch TV, You have to cast from your phone with didn’t work. This should be a 3 star hotel. "

"Really enjoyed the experience. Staff were extremely polite, valet was easy as was getting to the room . Easy to get to place . Only thing is , and this is probably a silly complaint , but out of all the hotels I stayed at Vegas the in room dining was astronomically expensive , but I guess that’s my fault for using it . Overall great experience. I’ll be back "

"It smelled like sewage in our room and the hallways. Maybe plumbing issues, who knows but it was gross smelling the whole time. It effected our relaxation and sleep."

"We had issues with the room. The first room we had had a terrible smell and we had to be relocated to another one. The new one was better but phone did not work and they had to come and replace it. When we checked in we were the resort fees were included, yet they posted them to our bill. I had to stand in line to get this corrected."
