Backyard Oasis, heated pool/spa, bbq, cov pergola, away from dwtn noise

My place is great for families, couples and climbers located on the west side of Las Vegas (about 10-15) minutes from the strip. There are double pillow top beds, 85 inch in living area and TVs in every bedroom with cable! Beautiful back yard with a private pool and spa, which can be heated at no attritional cost between March and the end of November.

NO SWIMMING IN THE POOL PAST 10pm No Large speakers allowed on the property. Quiet hours are between 8 am to10 pm $75 per pet, per stay
$75 to heat the pool and spa per day nov-April $25 per day charge to heat spa year round $2000 non-negotiable fee for any guest that smokes in home.
Number of guests on the reservation are limited to guests ONLY Any alterations to the number of guests need to be made thru VRBO prior to check in.

Entire family enjoyed the property! House was clean and orderly. The nice touches are the spa quickly heating up, natural gas line for bbq, and the arcade games. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Ari!

Great Summerlin House

Very nice house, comfortable, pool, TV’s throughout. Ari is a great host. Very accommodating. Neighborhood is older but very safe I felt. I would absolutely stay here again.

Between my husband and myself there are 7 kids. We all met in Vegas for a graduation. This house was perfect for all of us to get together relax and just enjoy time together. The host was just a phone call or text away. Responded immediately. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Great for family with pets

This was a great house for a family with pets. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed. There were pool towels and a washer/dryer. Heated pool was a major plus!

Great Place

Home was updated. Were in town for wedding at the JW Marriott. Close to venue. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Owner met us there to orient to property. Would definitely stay again.

Worked well for our family get-together with dogs

Ari is easy to work with and responsive. We had to check in slightly early to drop off bags and dogs to make room in the car for airport pickups of family members. Ari was very accommodating about this. The property was clean and dog friendly. The house is well-stocked and the A/C works well. We used both the pool and spa several times during our stay and really enjoyed using the backyard. It is conveniently located whether you are a fan of the Strip or Red Rocks. The house is easily the nicest house in the neighborhood in which it is situated. We encountered only friendly neighbors on our dog walks but it was disconcerting at first. All in all, we really loved our stay and would consider renting from Ari again.

Friends, Family and Dog Friendly!

We had a lovely time hanging out together, playing games and going to dinner and shows. It was very easy to get an Uber or Lyft every time we wanted to do something outside of the house that we preferred not to drive. Everything was roughly 15-20 away with traffic from the house at the most. There was plenty of parking on the street as well as the driveway. The pool was a little cold but nothing that stopped us from enjoying it! The house was clean and had everything we needed and then some.The only issues we had were not entirely the fault of the property owner. There were a few items in the backyard that were old food like chicken bones that were hiding under the bbq that a previous renter must have left and a beeping sound in the garage that we believe had to do with the pool. However the owner must have been aware since the pool person came early in the morning the following day we arrived and took care of the issue before we even had a chance to let the owner know. Overall it is a very lovely home with plenty of room for all your friends and family, and the host was very accepting of our group having dogs. We were there to celebrate 2 birthdays and since we both are separate households, we both had our dogs we wanted to bring, and the owner was more than accomodating since we made him aware. We would definitely come back.
