"The king suite had everything we needed: clean bathroom, kitchenette and utensils, and even an ironing board, tv, pull out couch, a table, and plenty of counter space. Only thing I didn’t see was a safe. Front staff were friendly and if you stay during the weekend, there’s free breakfast in the morning, plus 24/7 coffee and tea in the lobby. "

"This home was the perfect base for my workation trip. It’s in a great location—close to many stunning hikes and outdoor areas. 30 minute drive to downtown Las Vegas. Inside, the space was quiet, very clean, and beautifully maintained. The host went above and beyond, welcoming me warmly and responding quickly whenever I had a question. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. I’d absolutely book again."

"We arrived to find a well-appointed, clean, and comfortable house that my husband and I, along with our cat and dog, would call "home" for six weeks while our actual home, located just 2 miles away, was being remodeled. We had no complaints and would go through Evolve to rent a short-term property again. The cost was fair and well worth the accommodation, in our opinion. The house is located close to the end of a cul-de-sac, so there is minimal traffic. The neighbors were all polite, friendly, and quiet. The pool was a lovely place to relax in the Las Vegas sun and the waterfall and palm trees made a nice, serene place to hang out, especially in the evenings. We would gladly recommend this property!"
