Las Vegas Paiute Golf Club Resort Tours and Activities

Downward Spiral: Unclean Room, Broken Tech, Poor Service; Too Many Small Failures. I booked Palace Station hoping for a smooth stay off-Strip near Downtown, but my first visit was an utter disappointment. My experience was a downward spiral that completely ruined my trip. Unclean Room: Arrived exhausted to find sunflower seed shells and sticky residue on the nightstand, floor debris, and an unflushed toilet. I had to sanitize all the tables and surfaces myself. My reservation request for a high floor (8+) was ignored—the clerk just tried to upsell me to a paid suite. Broken Rewards System: The Boarding Pass kiosk was down my entire stay, denying me the new member "spin to win" promo ($5–$500 free play). App install and two desk visits changed nothing. Instead of honoring the spin, the clerk loaded $5 and handed me an unboxed mug in a plastic grocery bag. Casino & Service Issues: Main casino bar was severely understaffed (1 bartender for dozens of patrons on Saturday evening). An entire row of slots was out of order, and active machines were tight. Room service was fast, but the burger patty was mediocre and ruined my appetite. Positives: The Mexican restaurant was delicious (great margarita, chips, and soup!), ATM fees were fair, and the bed was clean. Verdict: I get cleaner rooms, attentive staff, and better payouts at my local tribal casino back home for a fraction of the cost. Earned 2/5 stars—I won't be back.

Room was clean and comfortable
