We rented this property for a professional team trip, but the home’s condition and functionality did not match the standards described in the listing. You are going to be catfished. A nearby rooster began crowing around 3:00 AM and woke the entire house. The exterior condition and surroundings also felt very different from the impression created by the listing photos. Prior to booking, we specifically asked if renovations were complete because satellite imagery suggested otherwise. We were assured they were, but upon arrival, the property still appeared to have unfinished elements.Our group of ten adults experienced lukewarm or cold showers across the buildings. The host suggested everything was working properly. In addition, some bathrooms were missing shower curtains and mirrors, several lights did not work, seating was limited for a house intended for a large group, and the pool table was not level and had only one cue stick.Due to these issues, our group relocated to hotels after the first day of what was supposed to be a three-day stay. The host indicated in the message thread that a refund would be issued, but no refund was provided. The host was dishonest. On VRBO, while seeing the written promise of a refund, could not get the host to answer the phone or honor the host's word about a refund. Proceed with caution. "
