"So I spent $2000 for two nights stay for two queen beds at the New York New York by the time we checked in and got upstairs it was about 11 o’clock at night on a Friday my friend that I went with was putting his stuff down his bags on the couch and noticed there’s a big blood stain on the couch after continuing to look around the room. We noticed that it was dirty and clean the top of the counter was filthy, covered in something on the table like it was never wiped down and sanitized. There was also some other stains of who knows what on the couch then there was something that look like semen by the tub in the shower thing in there who knows what that was the mirror was all smudged up in there with fingerprints like they never wiped it down not to mention the wallpaper was falling off the wall in one spot there was no trash liner inside the trash bin the more we looked around the room the more dirtier we realized it was so then we called downstairs and asked if we could move to another room. They told us no and made us stay up till three in the morning for someone to come clean the room we were already in. I asked what else they could do to help us and all they were willing to do is give us some food, vouchers, and get rid of the hotel fee. Ridiculous. I will never stay at the New York New York again that place needs to be imploded. That was the worst experience a not to mention that was my friend’s first time in Las Vegas. I will be fighting for a full refund."

"Recently renovated room, decently clean. Only complaint is there’s green gunk on the faucets and shower head due to the water quality in Nevada; could do to make it a bit cleaner for a better experience overall."
