"No way are the queen beds actually queen beds. More like full sized beds. Carpet in room was super dirty. Sheets had blood stains on them. "

"Overall, the hotel was amazing. The only downside and I’m not sure if they were having a computer issue I pre-checked and was supposed to be able to check in at the kiosk. We ended up having to stand in line at 12:30 at night to get the keys it was painful. They did move our checkout time till 12 instead of 11 but at that point we were so exhausted from our flight."

I was just trying to check out at 11:30 but I was on hold for the front desk call for 20 min and the staff told me he couldn’t extend the check out and after me insisting he only let me extend till 11:15."
